Terms and Conditions

01The promoter

This promotion (the “Quest Board”) is run by FundedXyz (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Colony app is operated by abcd Web3 (abcdweb3.xyz), not by us. Colony provides the scanning, namecard, quest and leaderboard platform at join.thecolony.now. It is not the promoter and is not responsible for awarding, supplying or delivering prizes.

The Colony app is the authoritative record. Every quest, every point value and your ranking are whatever the app shows at the time of the action. Where the app and any marketing material disagree, the app governs.

02Promotion period

The Quest Board is open from the moment the campaign goes live. On 21 August 2026 (WITA, UTC+8):

• 15:00 — quests close and stop counting.
• 16:00 — scanning closes. Rankings are final at this moment.
• 16:30 — winners announced at Hall 3.

Points earned after scanning closes do not count towards any prize. We may extend or shorten any of these times under clause 12.

03Who can enter

Entry is free. To take part you must:

• be 18 years or older;
• hold one Colony account; and
• be able to attend Coinfest Asia 2026 in person.

A FundedXyz account is required to win

You may take part and appear on the board without a FundedXyz account, but no prize can be awarded to you until a FundedXyz account is registered in your name — including the $10 credit at rank #23 and below. You must be eligible to hold an account under our standard terms and our restricted-territory list, both published at fundedxyz.com. Creating an account is free.

One person, one entry

Holding multiple Colony accounts, holding multiple FundedXyz accounts, or entering on behalf of another person are grounds for disqualification.

Ambassadors, staff and KOLs

FundedXyz ambassadors cannot win a prize, and neither can employees of FundedXyz or of abcd Web3, or their immediate families. They may still take part and be scanned — scanning them is worth extra points, as described in clause 4 — but they are skipped when prizes are allocated and the prize passes down the ranking.

Invited KOLs who are not contracted FundedXyz ambassadors are eligible to win on the same terms as everyone else.

04How to enter and earn points

1. Open the Colony app and claim your namecard.
2. Scan other attendees. Both people earn points, and there is no cap on how many people you may scan.
3. Complete the quests listed in the app and on the campaign page for additional points.
4. Scanning a designated FundedXyz ambassador or KOL is worth more than a standard scan.

Point values are those shown in the Colony app at the time of the action. Where the app and any marketing material disagree, the app is authoritative.

05Winners and prizes

The top 22 entrants by points when the board closes win a prize, allocated strictly by final rank:

Rank #23 and below

Everyone ranked #23 and below receives $10 in FundedXyz account credit, redeemable towards any challenge purchase on fundedxyz.com. The credit is held in our platform token XYZT at a fixed 1 XYZT = 1 USD, so $10 of credit is 10 XYZT. It is not cash, not withdrawable and not transferable. A FundedXyz account is required to receive it (clause 3). Because it is applied to your account, it does not need to be collected in person.

Quest rewards

Rewards attached to individual quests — including the sign-up airdrop advertised on the campaign page — are issued as FundedXyz account credit on the same basis as above: redeemable towards any challenge purchase at 1 credit = 1 USD, not cash and not withdrawable. They require a FundedXyz account and are credited to it, so they do not need to be collected in person.

Ties

Where two or more entrants finish on equal points, the higher rank goes to whoever reached that total first, as recorded by Colony. Where that cannot be determined from Colony’s data, we allocate the rank at our reasonable discretion.

Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged between winners, and cannot be swapped for cash except where we choose to offer a substitute under clause 12.

06What an X Mode account is

An X Mode prize is a funded simulated-capital trading account on FundedXyz, at the stated account size. Please read this clause carefully.

The account is governed by our standard account terms, profit-split rules, drawdown limits and payout conditions, published at fundedxyz.com/x-mode. Those terms apply in full to prize accounts. Breaching the account rules ends the account, exactly as it would for a purchased account.

07Other prizes

Apple products

Supplied as-is, subject to availability, in the specification stated. Apple is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or a participant in this promotion. Apple, MacBook, Apple Watch and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc.

USDT prizes

Paid to a wallet address you supply, on a network we support — the network is confirmed with you at collection. You are responsible for giving us a correct address; we cannot recover funds sent to an address you supplied incorrectly.

08Claiming a prize

Winners are announced from the stage at Hall 3 — the Esports Trading Competition hall — at 16:30 WITA on 21 August 2026. Prizes are handed over at the announcement itself: you must be in the room when your name is called and come forward to FundedXyz staff. There is no separate collection window afterwards. When you come forward you must be able to show:

• the Colony account that holds your ranking, on your device; and
• the FundedXyz account registered in your name (clause 3).

If you are not there when your name is called you forfeit the prize, and it passes immediately to the next eligible entrant by rank, who must also be present. Names are called once. We are not obliged to hold, reserve, re-call, deliver or ship a forfeited prize, and nobody may collect on your behalf.

Rankings are final as at 16:00 WITA, when scanning closes. Winners are announced at Hall 3 at 16:30. The $10 credit at rank #23 and below is applied to your FundedXyz account and is the only award that does not require you to be present.

09Taxes

Any tax arising on a prize is the winner’s responsibility, unless local law places it on the promoter.

10Fair play

The following will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize, at our sole discretion:

• creating more than one Colony or FundedXyz account, or entering through another person’s account;
• automated, scripted or bulk scanning, or any attempt to generate scans without a genuine in-person meeting;
• colluding to inflate points, including reciprocal scan farming that does not reflect real interactions;
• falsifying quest completion; and
• any attempt to interfere with the leaderboard, the Colony app or our systems.

We may remove points, adjust rankings or disqualify an entrant where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached. Our decision is final.

11Leaderboard accuracy

The leaderboard shown on our campaign page is refreshed periodically and may lag behind the live position. It is indicative only. The final result is the ranking recorded by Colony at the moment the board closes.

12Changes and cancellation

FundedXyz and Colony reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to amend these terms, to change or substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value, to alter the point values or quest list, or to suspend or cancel the promotion in whole or in part — including where circumstances outside our reasonable control make running it as planned impractical, or where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Where we make a material change we will publish the updated terms at this same address. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept it.

Our decision is final on any matter arising from this promotion — including eligibility, rankings, ties, disqualification, whether a prize was validly claimed, and anything these terms do not expressly cover.

13Privacy

To take part you share information with Colony under Colony’s own privacy policy. We receive entrant and ranking data from Colony in order to run the promotion and award prizes. Where you create a FundedXyz account, our privacy policy at fundedxyz.com/privacy applies.

Our campaign pages use analytics, including session recording with input masking, to understand how the pages are used.

14Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for entries lost, delayed or not recorded by the Colony app; for network, device or platform failures; or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from taking part.

15General

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
